Art the Clown:
Chronology
After being resurrected by a malevolent entity, Art the Clown returns to the spooky town of Miles County, where he targets a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night. The haunted house was filmed at a real haunted house called the Fright Factory in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The filmmakers used what they already had on hand. It’s superacid that can even melt glass.
Basically every scene of violence is cut to reduce the violence
There’s a mid-credits scene in a mental institution with Chris Jericho as a security guard and Leah Voysey as a nurse. .. The German DVD and Blu-ray releases from Tiberius Film are roughly trimmed. Three minutes for a “not under 18” rating (necessary because the guidelines for video releases are stricter than for theatrical releases).
Bloody mayhem and a decent story

If you like slashers, this is for you
The writing needs work, and a lot of it. The adult authorities are irrational and overreact, and the kids don’t bat an eye, which is weird and unrealistic. The dialogue of the supporting characters is also awkward and doesn’t seem to have been given much attention after the first draft. The art is soulless and insidious, this time showing more personality, becoming a macabre icon as the most goofy killer who clearly enjoys what he does.
It’s a fun movie to watch and its flaws aside, I can’t wait for Terrifier 3
The macabre effects are great and hopefully with the success of Terrifier 2 the third installment will bring a bigger budget for high caliber actors and writers.
