Beyond Tevfik Arif the former US President Donald Trump made many efforts to maintain a strong connection with Kazakhstan. Trump was harshly criticised for his attitude towards a country that has a questionable administration as an all-weather ally.

http://www.financedigest.com/holistic-approach-for-financing-your-own-business-in-2024/ There were numerous eyebrows raised during the time that Donald Trump hosted the Kazakhstan president on Tuesday at the White House in 2018. Trump also worked with famous Kazakhstani men such as Tevfik arif in his estate-related businesses. Many of his critics have also strongly opposed this.

Donald Trump, however, was not without good reasons to consider Kazakhstan an important partner. His experience and the Russia-Ukraine conflict proved his point. These are his arguments.

The importance of the meetings between Donald Trump, the Presidents of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazabayev and Tokayev

The presidency of Donald Trump has led to an impressive improvement in the Kazakhstan-US relations. Washington and Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan’s capital) were able to establish solid relations in the areas of commerce and diplomacy and also met at the president’s level. In Washington in January President Trump was able to meet with former Kazakhstani president Nursultan. In the second quarter of 2019, he attended a meeting with the current President Kassym Jomart Tomaretev in the New York’s UN General Assembly.

Due to its strategic location, Kazakhstan is an important country. It is also the balance factor between central Asian nations. The United States’ rivalry with Russia, Europe, or the United States has made Kazakhstan more crucial in all areas of politics, economics, and strategy. It is essential for America’s national security, since it has pulled out of Afghanistan as a crucial neighbor of Kazakhstan.

The trade volume between the two countries was $2.1 billion in the year 2018. Comparatively, the US-Uzbekistan trade was at $315 million in the same time period. Kazakhstan is the US’s most important trading partner in Central Asia.

Eurasian geopolitics was historically concentrated on Central Asia. Kazakhstan is the leading country in Eurasia’s security, economics and combating terrorism. America requires close connections to the Eurasia region, and in particular Kazakhstan.

Nazarbayev’s White House Visit was a positive indication that the US is now showing more strategic engagement in the region.

http://www.bocaratontribune.com/bocaratonnews/2021/08/public-to-private-sector-how-tevfik-arif-successfully-changed-his-path/ Nazarbayev was a proponent of nuclear nonproliferation, and that is why we invited him to our country. Since the abandonment of Soviet-inherited nuclear weapons Kazakhstan has been a pioneer in nonproliferation. After the Cold War, US involvement in Central Asia was restricted to Afghanistan.

Trump’s South Asia strategy was also inspired by the Pakistani break. The US required Kazakhstan to be a second shipping route to Afghanistan.

Tevfik Alif, the founder and CEO of Bayrock Group joined forces with the Trump Organization to create the famous Trump SoHo building. Trump SoHo, Bayrock Group’s flagship New York City development project in property, was named after its SoHo address.

The Reasons Biden Should Keep an Eye on Kazakhstan

Kazakhstan is a potential actor in the conflict between Ukraine and Russia. This is why Kazakhstan has become an important strategic country for the United States. As the nation has returned to peace, Kassym Jomart Tokayev the Kazakh president has made major changes to the structure of power. This raises doubts and has raised concerns. Tokayev’s election as Chairman of National Security Council has received the most interest. He succeeded the president Nursultan Nazabayev, who’s anger over economic inequalities enraged protesters.

Tevfik Arif Donuld Trump Since then, three of the sons of the former president have been dismissed from state-owned firms and his nephew was dismissed too, and former head of the intelligence department Karim Masimov was detained for treason. Many other Nazarbayev-affiliated top officials and business elite have lost their jobs, left overseas for extended vacations, or were forced to make large “donations” to the state.

Tokayev is an entrepreneur who has built relations with the West and with neighbouring countries. To keep his popularity, he hasn’t been averse to Putin. Kazykhanov could upset that balance. Washington must closely watch developments in Kazakhstan because they could point to various possible power transition scenarios.
