    Despite the benefits offered by biosimilars in terms of cost savings and improved patient access to biological therapies, and an established regulatory pathway in Europe, biosimilar adoption is challenged by a lack of knowledge and understanding among stakeholders such as healthcare professionals and patients about biosimilars, impacting their trust and willingness to use them. In addition, stakeholders are faced with questions about clinical implementation aspects such as switching.

    This study aims to provide recommendations on how to improve biosimilar understanding and adoption among stakeholders based on insights of healthcare professionals (physicians, hospital pharmacists, nurses), patient(s) (representatives) and regulators across Europe.

    The study consists of a structured literature review gathering original research data on stakeholder knowledge about biosimilars, followed by semi-structured interviews across five stakeholder groups including physicians, hospital pharmacists, nurses, patient(s)healthcare system benefits offered by biosimilar competition.

    This study argues in favour of a structural, multi-stakeholder framework at both European and national level to improve stakeholder biosimilar understanding and acceptance. It proposes a number of actionable recommendations that can inform policy making and guide stakeholders, which can contribute to realizing healthcare system benefits offered by biosimilar competition.The emergence of immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) has revolutionized the field of oncology. GDC-0199 For many cancer types, treatment paradigms have changed, as immunotherapy is increasingly being integrated into frontline standard-of-care treatments and producing meaningful and prolonged responses. This has inspired an avalanche of clinical trials studying ICIs in all types of malignancies, including gynecological cancers. Ovarian and endometrial cancers are characterized by DNA damage repair defects, either via disruption of the homologous recombination DNA repair mechanism in the former or via defects in the mismatch repair (MMR) pathway in the latter, which lead to a high load of neoantigens in both. Cervical cancer is dependent on the expression of human papillomavirus (HPV) proteins, which induce an immune response. Regardless, clinical trials testing ICIs in gynecological malignancies have initially led to disappointing results. Despite durable responses in some patients, overall response rates have been dismal. Nevertheless, in recent years, with the development of better predictive tumor biomarkers, such as microsatellite instability for endometrial cancer and programmed death ligand 1 for cervical cancer, ICIs have found their way into routine treatments for patients with advanced-stage disease. ICI-based combinations, although adding toxicity, have further improved response rates, and new combinations are currently being tested in clinical trials, as are other immunotherapy modalities, such as adoptive cell transfer and HPV-based vaccines. This review summarizes current clinical evidence supporting the use of immunotherapy in gynecological malignancies and describes studies in progress, with a focus on ICIs and predictive response biomarkers.Alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) is an important forage legume in farming and animal husbandry systems. This study assessed the effects of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) on alfalfa growth under different phosphorus application levels. In this experiment, a complete randomized block design was used. The following four bacterial applications were used inoculation of Funneliformis mosseae (Fm), inoculation of Bacillus megaterium (Bm), inoculation of mixed species (Fm × Bm) and noninoculation treatment (CK). Phosphorus (P) treatment was applied at the following four levels 0 mg kg-1 (P0), 50 mg kg-1 (P1), 100 mg kg-1 (P2) and 150 mg P kg-1 (P3). The results showed that with the increase in phosphorus application, each index increased first and then decreased. The J2 treatment was significantly greater than the J0 treatment (P  J3P1 treatment. Therefore, when phosphorus was applied at 100 mg kg-1, the mixed inoculation of Fm × Bm was optimal, benefitting mycorrhiza growth and the production performance of alfalfa.SMARCB1/INI1 deficient sinonasal carcinoma is a variant of sinonasal undifferentiated carcinoma (SNUC). There is a paucity of literature describing the histomorphological features of this relatively new entity. Herein we describe the histomorphological features of three such cases and review the literature. We retrospectively reviewed the cases of SNUC diagnosed in our institute in the last 6 years. Immunohistochemistry for INI1, NUT & p16 were performed on these cases. Three cases showed loss of INI1. The histomorphology and clinicopathological features of these cases were studied and compared with non INI1 deficient SNUC. A total of 9 cases of SNUC were identified. Three of these cases showed loss of INI1. These three cases had presented with large sinonasal mass and with intracranial extension. Histopathology of these cases showed a diffuse infiltrative pattern, nest, and islands of predominantly basaloid cells with focal rhabdoid morphology. Additional features like small cell carcinoma like pattern, pseudoalveolar and pseudoglandular patterns, clear vacuoles and pseudopapillary appearance were also noted. We conclude that in presence of a mixed pattern of cells with a predominance of basaloid morphology, the possibility of SMARCB1/INI1 deficient sinonasal carcinoma must be strongly suspected and immunohistochemistry for INI1 must be performed.

    Previous research has identified that Tai Chi is effective for reducing risk of falls and improving timed up and go scores. However, our previous research identified no-significant difference in time to complete the timed up and go test following a Tai Chi intervention in people with dementia.

    To conduct a secondary analysis to extend our understanding of the effect of Tai Chi on the instrumented Timed Up and Go test.

    This is a secondary analysis of a randomised controlled trial set in the community. People with dementia, recruited from NHS databases, memory clinics, local charities and self-referral across the south of England, received either 20weeks of Tai Chi plus normal care or normal care. Outcomes were assessed using the instrumented Timed Up and Go test, completed at baseline and after 6months.

    From 83 people with dementia volunteering for the study, 67 complete datasets were available for analysis. Within-group pairwise comparison across time revealed no-significant gains for any of the instrumented Timed Up and Go variables, and no-significant difference for between-group pairwise comparisons.
